Stainless Steel

Stainless steel includes chromium which makes it highly corrosion resistant and has a surface which does not stain or tarnish.

Mild Steel

Mild steel is not so resistant to corrosion, but is stronger than stainless steel. A case-hardening process can be used once the steel is in its final shape.

Aluminium

Aluminium is not as strong as steel, but is lighter and more easily shaped.
